The Cowboy and The Oak Tree

This print was based on a design I created during one of my first CAD projects. When reviewing my portfolio, I felt that the original version did not accurately reflect my abilities or my taste as a designer, so I revisited the concept and reimagined what the print could become. Inspired by a photograph my friend took over the summer out West, I began to explore ideas of landscape and the American West, and how those elements could be reinterpreted into a stripe and damask like pattern.
